Job Assignment & Customer Management
Digital Forms combines all the jobs or tasks assigned to you in one place. Users can view the status, priority, and manage from a single tab. The jobs assigned will be sorted in accordance with the required attendance date and time. Users can also create jobs from their device and select from your available customers directly within the job form.

Workflows & Form Approvals
Using the Digital Forms workflow feature, allow users to submit a form via the app that needs another users approval via the web administration portal. This feature also allows data capture on a single form by multiple users, and only upon final approval, triggers the email PDF copy of the form to your client. Workflows can even be setup for users to notify multiple managers of an emergency situation from within the app. If you have custom workflow requirements, they can be easily created for you by our support team.

Dashboards & Reporting

Inventory & Price Lists
Manage your inventory lists in Digital Forms, allowing users to select from a drop-down or by using the barcode scanner in a form which pulls through your inventory list. The Inventory module has a feature where you can set an individual sale price for inventory items linked to a customer, handy if you have negotiated labor or inventory rates with your customers.

Everything you need to organize your team. Team managers can assign jobs to individuals or to groups on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once the jobs are published, assigned employees will receive a notification with all the information required to complete the job.

With Digital Forms you can create any combination of workflows for your user submissions. Assign users to a department which may have completely different workflow rules to the next. Some forms may require manager approval and further editing before the final submission is sent to your client, or if you use our GPS feature, you can set alert based on users entering a Geo Fence. Customers, Jobs & Invoicing
View and manage all your customers, jobs, labour, materials used and invoices from a single screen. Whenever a user completes an assigned job, all labour and materials are summarized and then once approved, an invoice can be issued. If you are using an accounting system such as Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, we can integrate with them too!

GPS Location Services
You can view and track the location of your mobile devices registered with your company through Digital Forms. The additional module also includes a playback feature which can display the estimated speed at which the device was going at a particular time and location. Users can also integrate this module with their existing IVMS to view and manage all devices from the one screen.

Timesheets
Analyze all your employee timesheets and if the submitted timesheet is in reference to a specific customer, you can also view the details of the customer and the specifics of the services that were performed during the job.

Multi-Forms
You may have a drivers pre-start checklist form that is filled out before a daily driver's log form. These two forms share the same information, for example the driver's name, vehicle number and date, by using the multi-form feature, users only need to enter this information once, and then it's shared with the next form automatically, drastically reducing data entry time from a mobile device.
